£30k+ basic + £80k OTE

Job Specification
Team background and strategy:
Legal Secretarial Perm is one of their newer teams. Established in 2003 they have 3 dedicated consultants who work within this area. The successful applicant would be joining at an extremely exciting time when they have a strong position within the market, strong consultants on board and are looking to expand their presence. They have already been told by the majority of the top 100 law firms that their service is second to none and feel in a confident position to be able to dominate the market and be seen as the number one player within the industry within 2 years. The opportunities are endless on this team, as ultimately they will want consultants to specialise in placing PA's to Managing Partners, Heads of Departments, Partners and Solicitors within Private Practice, C&I and Financial Services.
Our client needs consultants who have drive, ambition and aspirations to earn a lot of money and help propel them into a market leading position within 12-18 months. If you are looking for a diverse role working on a variety of roles ranging from placing PA's, legal secretaries, float secretaries, librarians, evening secretaries, facility managers to juniors this is the right team to join.
If you like mixing with the top brass they have a lot of PSL's in place with the top law firms in London and enjoy success with some of the biggest names in the industry such as Allen & Overy, Herbert Smith, S J Berwin, Linklaters, Cadwaldeder, Gibson Dunn and Fletcher, Jones Day, DAC, CMS Cameron McKenna and Norton Rose all within the top 10 or US law firms. Best ever was this year when 2 consultants made £60,387.86, which is pretty impressive. Regularly the 2 consultants on this team make over £15,000 each.
The role will also involve a lot of networking and breaking into law firms. This is a fantastic opportunity to business develop and to really create your own empire. Candidates are very friendly and there is a huge likelihood that you will attract a lot of recommendations and feasibly make a lot of money from this avenue.
Person Profile/ Qualities:
As the market is very fast and the candidates are quite difficult they need a consultant who is quite canny, sharp and able to think quickly on their feet. You will need to be able to demonstrate good negotiation skills and be able to deal with different levels of clients from MD's down to office juniors.
Candidates must have proven previous recruitment experience and be of a graduate calibre.
