This business critical role within the business is an exceptional opportunity for a senior recruitment professional to move straight into a high profile position within the business, responsible for a team of 8 consultants from day one. The team is responsible for providing both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to the health and fitness, hotel, leisure pursuits businesses, and tourist industry, and to do so with exceptional levels of customer service.
A successful candidate will have a successful recruitment background from any sector, and be able to illustrate their excellent people management skills. An ability to effectively organise yourself and your team is also essential, as is the capacity to empower consultants to devise new solutions and contribute to their own development. Our client is keen to highlight that as a manager you will also be expected to contribute to the annual revenue of the team, and developing new business will be key to your team's growth.
