An opportunity has arisen for an experienced talented search
consultant to join this renowned international player in Dubai.
They are looking to extend into the logistics and supply chain
arena. They opened their Dubai office in 2006 following the success of their other
international offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong and London using these office to leverage from and
cross network to find the best personnel for their clients. Their reputation and standing attracts the
very best in executive search talent which in turn allows them to provide an excellent
service, and attract the best professionals their specialised remit.
You will be
working in a purely executive Search function placing people into the supply
chain and logistics vertical. As this is executive search you will be
headhunting for senior level mandates, so you will need to be confident and be
able to prove your successes. You will
be part of growing team, a team that consists of bright credible proven search
talent. The role will have you starting on a cold desk but with existing business already
established you will be able to leverage from these and to this end you will
need to be proven at new business development and nurturing existing clientele.
PERSON SPEC: ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
1. You will need to be an experienced Executive Search consultant and be able to prove it.
2. They are looking for pro active, focused, articulate, credible, confident, talented people with lots of ambition.
3. High standards towards your work as well as your personal presentation are paramount to my client.
4. Ideally of graduate calibre.
5. Must be able to work both in a team and on you own initiative and not be afraid to hit the ground running.
6. Must be committed to long term relocation as short term you wont reap the benefits.
7. And you must have genuine reason for wanting to work in the UAE. - Not jut the weather!!!

PACKAGE:
This position is paying circa £30 - £40k basic + comm.
Depending on level and experience.
