Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy that recruits within the niche sector of Supply Chain & logistics. They have been established since 1991 and have built a solid reputation amongst their clients and candidates and have grown a very successful business that recruits nationally. They have a team of 8 main recruiters/consultants but the Senior Managers and Directors also fee earn at the senior end of the market and they also have a team of support staff.
The role
The role will be the full 360 cycle within recruitment. You will actively generate new business, meet clients and source and place suitable individuals in to the roles. This business has a solid reputation and therefore they are known in their market sector.
Your background
You will have recruitment experience in any professional sector and be open to working in this niche industry. You will be sales focused, have a good understanding of recruitment and excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with clients and candidates at all levels.
The opportunity in this business is excellent and you will earn 30% of your GP in commission after deduction of your monthly salary. There is also an additional 10% on top of this for ‘Super’ billers. The most successful individual in their business generated £250k and took home £70k as an OTE.
