Recruitment Consultants Sales And Marketing/Manufacturing Recruitment - Leeds and Runcorn

Basic up to £30K plus car allowance, commission and bonus, OTE £80K first year

This company are rapidly expanding and are currently looking for successful recruiters within Manufacturing/Sales and Marketing recruitment to work with this team of already established consultants.  You and your team will be responsible and accountable for business development within the Northern area for this leading specialist recruitment consultancy.

THE PERSON:
With strong people management skills, you will be expected to lead from the front and focus on staff development/monitoring and motivating.
Business Development  - to include expansion of existing business, winning new business to increase revenue on temporary and permanent business, dealing within this specialist sector of the business.

13. Ability to grow and develop strong relationships with clients.
14. Good time management and administration skills.
