A top tier recruitment consultancy based on Glasgow is seeking an experienced recruiter of an exceptional calibre to join their busy sales and marketing team. Our client is one of the few consultancies within Scotland that can boast year on year growth and a reputation among both clients and candidates for being able to establish and understand their needs regardless of the market.
This role will involve the further development of an already busy desk. You will be inheriting an established desk with a number of experienced consultants on your team. You will be covering both temp and perm appointments and as such you must be a hardworking and motivated individual.
The role will call for the successful candidate to hit the ground running - a good communicator you will be used to building new relationships and maintaining existing ones through both personality and expertise.
Due to the demands of the role, the ideal candidate will have at least nine months recruitment experience, with a significant period in the sales & marketing sector. In order to fulfil the needs of the role, you must have a solid knowledge of the market sector and the ambition to make it your own. Progression can be rapid and limitless for the candidate that is able to prove themselves a valuable asset to the team and the brand.
