Following this successful UAE launch of one brand, they added more of the group's offering into the region with the specialisms of Marketing, Finance and IT now being fully covered but need to add seasoned MARKETING RECRUITERS who are experienced in all aspects of the recruitment cycle. Your role will range across sales, service & delivery and then continued client development to ensure you forge a strong client relationships. Working on a 70/30 Contingent Vs' Search manner, you'll develop & maintain your own clients within your vertical placing candidates on base salaries upwards of £40k.
Geographically you will filter out from Dubai and cover Bahrain, Qatar, Abu Dhabi which can offer opportunity to travel the region when meeting clients and candidates.
Consultants should be able to operate without the need for micro-management & able to operate within a niche practice hitting monthly financial targets as opposed to working under strict KPIs - they don't treat their staff as kids nor want to start - so those consultant who know how to work a 360 / end to end role please apply ! !

ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
1. A MUST is full recruitment skills with a proven track record within Marketing Recruitment
2. Educated to degree level is a preferable but not essential especially if counteracted by lots of rec.exp.
3. MUST be good on new business development & able to open doors & obviously keep them open'
4. MUST have stable career history & some of your positive traits should include loyalty & honesty
5. Able to work in a self-motivated, structured manner without being micro-managed
6. Possess a competitive nature, driven & determined - success in & out of work
7. A professional & corporate approach
8. Articulate with excellent communication skills & business minded
9. To be able to take on this role my client requires a minimum of 2 years relevant recruitment exp.
10. Must have a real desire to be in Dubai and understand that the location isn't the UK and its not all sun and sea but is work ! ! ! ! !
TRAINING / PROGRESSION
As a company they offer support and development and the opportunities for personal development are vast but being a relatively new operation needs experienced personnel who can hit the ground running.
You can start working in the UK (London or the North) to gain an understanding of the company and its processes but ideally you will have spent the last few years learning your trade and market and now ready to take on a role that offers autonomy and responsibility without the need of overly close management.
PACKAGE: Depending on your level base salaries will vary (£25k -£30k basic as a guide ) + comm for an Associate Consultant through to £42k for a highly skilled Senior Consultants.
Being a team orientated company there are two bonus / comms schemes. The first being a percentage of everything you bill (after threshold) as well as further incentives based on team performance which can increase your OTE by a considerable amount
