Recruitment Manager Marketing Dubai
Salary: £40k tax-free + Uncapped commission structure

"Experienced manager wanted to lead the marketing of a very successful, niche recruiter in Dubai."
Holland & Tisdall are looking for an experienced manager to relocate to Dubai to lead a team for the most successful marketing recruitment firm in the region. They have been based in Dubai for over a year and have already succeeded in establishing a broad client base. They place into some of the major blue-chip firms in the region and are looking for an experienced manager to help drive the business forward.
· You will have at least 3 years experience in the recruitment industry in the UK.
· During this time you will be able to display a consistent and impressive billing record.
· Successful candidates will have had experience of managing individuals and teams over a sustained period.
· Knowledge and understanding of the marketing sector will be a huge advantage.
· Long-term relationship building is crucial in recruitment in the UAE. To be a success you will need to be consultative, considered and commercially astute. Experience of operating in a business capacity in the region will be an added bonus.
· You will be polished, credible and able to deal with senior level individual at board level and above.
· You will need to have strong networking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills .
Dubai is already the financial hub for the region and its economic growth was 11% last year, making it one of the fastest growing economies in the world. £20 billion is being spent on the construction of free-trade zones in the emirate and the Dubai International Finance Centre is the fastest growing free-trade zone in the world. The combination of huge potential earnings and a sought after working environment have resulted in massive interest in recruitment positions within Dubai.
