Marketing – Recruitment Consultant
Leeds, England
Base salary up to £30k + Excellent Commission + Benefits

A leading SME recruitment consultancy is actively seeking an experienced recruiter for its successful Leeds office. Our client has experienced year on year success since its inception within this sector, ensuring a reputation for being one of the country’s most respected and successful consultancies with a strong future ahead.

You will be responsible for the management and further growth of your desk, working alongside an established team of extremely capable recruiters, most of whom will have a strong marketing or recruitment background. You will be a committed, enthusiastic and hard working individual who thrives on a challenge.

If you have at least 6 months recruitment experience in the marketing sector, this role presents an ideal opportunity for personal and professional development. Business development is a key part of this role so you must be comfortable maintaining client and candidate relationships as well as building new ones and you will have a proven record of doing so in previous roles.
