MARKETING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT LONDON
£30-35K basic + £80k OTE
Our client is an executive search organisation with global reach that specialise in sourcing scarcely available talent within the sales, management and marketing arena. Their areas of expertise are technology and computing into financial services and public sector. (Business development, marketing and management into the PS arena.)
The individuals they represent are mid-senior level professionals who traditionally would not register with mainstream recruitment companies or search firms. Due to their long term approach, these people choose to have a relationship with them as they are able to add value to their existing network. This gives both clients and candidates alike a distinct advantage over their competitors as they are able to showcase rare talent to clients and rare opportunities to candidates.
Due to considerable expansion in the marketing area in London our client can now look to expand their present offerings into a new area. The additional headcount will allow them to assist clients in the London area.
Role:
The new consultant will be expected to play a pivotal role in the continued expansion of the office, building effective professional relationships between clients and candidates. Working within a highly competitive market you will be responsible for driving for new business alongside the ongoing management of key accounts.
