Harry Owen Recruitment is representing a large contingency recruitment agency, who specialise in a number of different sectors. They are currently actively recruiting in the Marketing Division.
They are well established, with a reputation in the market for quality of service and delivering excellent tailored recruitment solutions to large and multi-national organisations.
They deal with mid to senior management (roles of 40k+).
Progression at the company is a true meritocracy; your development will be based solely on your own achievements.
Role:
• Marketing Recruitment Consultant (Perms consultant)
• Working within Commerce & Industry, Professional Services or Financial Institutions
• The opportunity is dealing with either the senior end of the market (mid to senior management – 40k up to Directors – 120k+).
• The role is split with 50% of your work coming from PSL clients (which is estimated to bill 150k per year) and the other 50% your own clients brought on through business development (which should gradually grow to you billing 100k+).
• Once established at the company you should be billing minimum 240k per year.
Environment;
Training:
• 4 x 2 day courses (bd, sales, presentations, objection handling etc)
• Once a month line managers teach you on how to bill more and headhunting
Fast-paced, friendly, autonomous environment. The company has a low staff turnover and many consultants are high billers, with a number of years experience
Commission:
• 10k per month = £875pm = £10,500pa
• 15k per month = £2625pm = £31,500pa
• 20k per month = £4291pm = £51,500pa
• 25k per month = £6250pm = £75,000pa
• 30k per month = £8541pm = £102,500pa
• *If you bill 400k - £122,500 commission per year
Basic Salary:
Consultants – negotiable will be between – 25k to 30k
What they are looking for:
• Recruitment consultants with a minimum of 12 months experience within recruitment
• Strong sales experience in B2B
• From industry (from a Marketing or PR background)
• Strong business development skills
• Hardworking, well presented, confident, tenacious
• Ambitious and looking for a career in recruitment
