They are currently seeking a talented individual to work within their recruitment division in Weybridge, Surrey within their very successful Marketing division. The team is already very successful and they need more people to add to this success as the business is very buoyant in this sector and geographical area. The style of the role will include business development but there will also be a huge emphasis on account management. The office has a superb client base within this sector, so you would not be without good leads.
The role
• You will be responsible for generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own specialist market.
• You will enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive, target-driven environment and being well-rewarded for your successes.
• Pro-actively developing relationships with your clients through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and providing a high quality recruitment service
• Identifying and developing new clients through commercial activity
• Extensive direct marketing of candidates and recruitment solutions to your clients
• Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find them the right job
• Matching the best candidate to your jobs in a consultative, professional and efficient manner.
Person specification
• You will ideally have a recruitment background within contract/temporary recruitment in any sector.
• Ambition – you will have the drive to succeed and take responsibility
• Communication Skills - you'll be outgoing, friendly and able to relate to individuals at all levels
• Confidence - you're always calm, even under the most extreme pressure.
• Determination - you believe in working hard and to the highest possible standards.
