Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant London
£30-35k basic + £80k OTE

They are currently looking to expand their London sales and marketing division. The Sales, Marketing & Communication division is the fastest growing business of its type in the UK. With a presence in London, Birmingham, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and Milton Keynes, they can deliver a comprehensive range of permanent, temporary and interim recruitment solutions from marketing assistants to senior executives.
Their consultants handle all sales, marketing and communication roles, from field sales and account management, through brand and product management, to advertising, PR and market research. Around 120 150 projects per month are conducted by the team of around 40, for a client list ranging from new start-up companies to established blue-chip organisations, across most sectors including Financial Services, Public Sector, FMCG, Retail, and Telecoms.
The ideal consultant will previous recruitment experience but will happily consider other recruitment disciplines or people with previous B2B sales. Graduates or candidates with no experience are also welcome but they will really need to have excellent personal skills and the most recent recruit is a raw Consultant so sales experience would be preferential.

Any candidate is going to need to be strong in the following areas:
·Energetic / enthusiastic candidates with a strong team sports emphasis
·Outgoing strong interpersonal skills evident in the work place or if it's a grad someone that has been travelling
·Commercial not just a desire to make ££'s but also an understanding of how the commercial world works or an interest in learning
