On client is a thriving Sales and Marketing recruitment consultancy, seeking individuals from Consultant, to Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant level to develop a Manchester based presence in the Marketing recruitment sector.
Established in the South East of England for over 15 years, our client opened their Manchester office 18 months ago due to client demand. They now wish to expand their Sales recruitment expertise with the appointment of an individual to develop, lead and grow a Marketing recruitment division.
As a starting point, you will have the opportunity to build from an incredibly warm and established client base that has been cultivated for many years from our clients’ highly successful Sales recruitment divisions. You will be able to offer clients a one- stop solution from a range of services including contingency recruitment, advertised selection, executive search and volume campaign solutions..
The Role
As a Senior Consultant you will be provided with exceptional support. A generous advertising budget for both traditional and new media is supplied to attract quality candidates from within your specialist market sector. The key will be your ability to interview, match, build rapport and tune into your client’s requirements
You will manage the recruitment process from end to end for both candidates and clients.
