Base salary up to 28k OTE uncapped + Benefits.
One of Dublins top tier consultancies is actively seeking a talented and experienced sales and marketing recruiter to join its rapidly expanding team. Our client has established themselves as a leader within the market through year on year growth and a reputation for excellence among both staff and clients.
The role requires the ideal candidate to be a dynamic and motivated individual who is searching for an opportunity to make their mark within both the business and the market place. You will be joining an experienced team of recruitment consultants in order to both build existing relationships and generate new ones.
As such, you must have a minimum of one years recruitment experience, preferably within sale and marketing. You must also have a proven record of your ability to build relationships and business.
The ideal candidate will be rewarded through a generous base salary, a lucrative commission scheme and other benefits which can include fully expensed mobile phone, gym membership and car allowance. Progression can be rapid and rewarding for the right person.
