Medical Recruitment Consultants - Romford, Essex  

The Package:
Basic salaries to 30K depending on experience and track record/billing history. Monthly Commission Awards for performance related incentives. Supplemented Gym Membership, 20 days holiday, Private Healthcare and Pension Schemes  Open minded approachable management   The Client:
Our client a Healthcare Recruitment Agency, specialise in the supply of doctors to the NHS and they are currently interviewing for several experienced recruitment consultants who want to join a dynamic team.  

The Requirement:
We are looking for highly ambitious individuals who are focused, results
orientated, honest and self managed. Their organised selection process will confirm that applicants can demonstrate they are capable of working not only as part of a team but can prove their leadership skills of working independently on their own.

Your brief will be to ensure that all Clients and Candidates receive an excellent level of service. You must be positive, hard working, flexible, diligent and committed with high standards both in personal application and teamwork ethic. Having secured contracts nationally with many prestigious NHS Trusts our client continues to flourish within their market sector. With their immense presence they are looking to strengthen our position further. From the start you will be handed a warm desk and inherit a database of candidates. You will be expected to position candidates within their fast paced environment priding yourself in matching these candidates to the needs of our client's vacancies and it is necessary that you uphold your availability of candidates. Their clients expect successful delivery of their recruitment services for the ongoing supply of their daily requirements and it will be your responsibility to rarely be short of candidates.
