Our client is a leading player in the health and social care staffing market. As a business they are expanding at an awesome pace, since January 2006 they have won multi-million pound managed services contracts and opened six new branches nationwide. They have strengthened their overall market position and increased their employee base by over 10%. As a company they employ almost 200 recruitment staff, each selling recruitment services related to a different category of worker. The company turnover is c£115m.

The Opportunity

They are currently seeking an experienced consultant to work on their Doctors division in their Leeds office. The recruitment Consultant will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operation of running a busy desk, including the placement of GPs/Doctors and the delivery of information to clients. Other duties will include

• maintaining a customer-focused attitude towards duties and responsibilities, to ensure that at all times the needs of all clients are identified and met.

• Provide clients with timely and concise information as required.

• Reporting any problems with clients providing information on shift requirements to the line manager.

• Maintain and update databases.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry of Bank and Agency timesheets.

• Administration tasks relating to the recruitment process.

• Placements and sales activity
   

The ideal candidate will have previous experience placing Doctors, be an excellent communicator, well organised and can keep calm under pressure.
