Recruitment - Recruitment Consultant - Medical - Luton
The Package:
Competitive basic salary of around £18-25K plus an impressive OTE. Holiday entitlement is around 20 days plus one extra for your birthday plus bank holidays. You will also receive medical insurance after the 3 months probation. Hours of work is Monday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
The Recruitment Brief:
Due to expansion our client is wishing to recruit Healthcare Recruitment Consultants to join their current team in Luton.
This is an existing desk that is billing well, not hard sales but is negotiating rates, matching and filling.
The brief will be to provide a quality staff in your allotted area of responsibility, in a manner that enhances the reputation of the company and leads to business growth from satisfied customers.
The Person Spec:
The ideal candidate has to be very organised as there are a lot of day-to-day assignments. Candidates that have worked with temps before would suit this role, however our client will look at candidates with other sector experience.
You will be required to conduct detailed interviews with candidates, determining their suitability, verifying all vetting requirements and effectively selling the company to them.
Subsequently you will be in regular daily / weekly contact with most of your registered staff by telephone.
