Basic £28K, negotiable, plus OTE and Benefits
The Role
-Taking on a warm desk with an established client list but do not be fooled that this will be an easy ride. You will need to build on what is here by new business, using your previous contacts and networking.
-Working on Freelance and Permanent positions such as Production, Account and Product Management and Designers.
-The full recruitment cycle not only includes building your database of client and candidates, you will be arranging numerous interviews, giving advice to both parties, managing the offer and running through contracts. Not forgetting the after sales, making sure both parties are happy and making sure any teething problems are ironed out I need a Recruiter who understands that each stage is just as important as the last.
-You will build long standing relationships with your portfolio ranging from the independent niches market to the corporate accounts.

-My client is a market leading consultancy specialising within Marketing and Media.
-An established and well known consultancy which is well respected within their creative space.
-My client focuses on building long term partnerships with their candidates and clients resulting in open and direct relationships.
The Person
-I would love to find an experienced Recruitment Consultant with 3 years in the Digital Market space but as that seems to be a rarity I would like to hear from any experienced Consultants with a proven track record within digital, marketing or media.
-I'm looking for candidates you can demonstrate team spirit, confidence and pride in your position and team
-Attention to detail, self discipline and high energy is a must, as is being able to work in a close knit team but still being able to use your initative and step up when needs be.
