Media Recruitment Consultant
Basic £25-35K + OTE circa £85k + Benefits + Real career prospects

THE COMPANY
My client is a leading and long established niche Media recruitment consultancy based in heart of London. Founded in the early 90's, they have experienced exceptional year on year growth and are currently looking for more bright and enthusiastic consultants to join their established and successful team taking over new and established desks.
THE ROLE
You will need to possess a full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, as you will be responsible for winning and developing new business within the media industry, which will include small and large companies specialising in Advertising, PR, Broadcasting, Publishing, New Media, Events Management, Marketing, Music and the Arts. You will be placing the most junior support roles to director level on a permanent, temporary or contract basis. You will need to possess a consultative approach to business as in this industry does not like hard sales people.
THE CANDIDATE
Ideally, you'll be of graduate calibre with at least 12 months media recruitment / strong media sales experience and be looking to establish a career within a leading recruitment firm. You must possess strong commercial awareness, be well organised and able to multi task, personable, lively and consultative. If you are a confident communicator who sees challenges as opportunities and have a willingness to earn lots of money then we want to hear from you.
THE SALARY
The basic salary will be £25K - £35k plus a very generous commission structure earning you a realistic £65K in your first year. In return, the environment is supportive, fun, professional training will be given, and teamwork ensures that success is never compromised.
