Established over 15 years ago they are privately owned and employ over 150 staff. Role: they are currently looking for a Consultant to join their media recruitment team based in London. Your candidates are subject to a scientific process of recruitment and selection, including competency based interviewing, skills testing and referencing, ensuring only the best candidates qualify for registration. Candidate: you may have recruitment experience or you may be working in the media industry looking for a change in direction. Either way you are highly motivated, resilient and can work to demanding targets. You will be client focused, highly motivated and resilient, possessing strong communication skills, enabling you to confidently present to senior management and Director level. With an outgoing personality you will thrive in their fast paced commercial environment.
