Our client is genuinely one of THE names within the Digital media recruitment sector and they have a highly respected brand. They have grown at a rapid pace and they are planning further growth within the next 18 months. They are currently seeking a Senior Consultant/Team Leader to help with this growth and having secured lots of PSL status business, they need a strong individual to help develop these accounts further, as well as develop new business with other clients
The Opportunity
They are currently seeking a string individual with several years' experience in recruitment, having experience within the full recruitment cycle, including sales and business development. The ideal individual will have experience within the digital media sector, perhaps including interactive design and flash design, etc. They need someone who can hit the ground running with knowledge of their market sector. You will also have responsibility of driving a team to ensure that client roles are filled, thus ensuring that your team meets it's financial targets. You will also work closely with your clients and maximize the accounts as well as developing business with new clients.
Your background
You will have recruitment experience within the digital sector and will have completed the full recruitment cycle including sales and business development as well as the experience, communication style and tenacity to look after some of their prestigious accounts that they have won PSL business with. You will be highly target driven, entrepreneurial in your approach and you must be an outstanding communicator and relationship builder.
