Experienced Recruitment Consultants required to work within an award winning business on the South Coast with a number of valuable incentives and perks! Founded in 1996, my client has become a longstanding competitor in the Recruitment industry. They are the 6th largest single site Recruitment business in the South, they offer a highly professional approach to the industry and have a number of opportunities for talented Recruiters to join them. They boast very prestigious offices and can offer the successful candidates a very competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, pension and healthcare plans, free parking and onsite facilities including a restaurant, cash point, shops and a gym! They are currently seeking recruiters to join them in the Rail division, the Automotive division and in the new start up of an Oil & Gas division. There are opportunities for Consultants and Team Leaders but all Team Leader applicants must have experience of leading a team from the front, with an excellent track record of success. All candidates mush be highly presentable and have a very positive working attitude. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills together a natural flair for sales, building rapport and generating new business opportunities.
