Senior Recruitment Consultants/Team Managers - Engineering - To £35k + OTE Uncapped + Excellent Benefits - Fantastic Worldwide locations Sydney, Perth, Qatar, Singapore, Houston and many more! Your Profile The successful Senior Recruitment Consultants/Team Managers will have recruitment experience ideally from a Technical Recruitment sector, although any recruitment sectors will be considered, and will be looking to further their Recruitment Sales career within a global market-leading Recruitment Company. You may already be or are looking to become a manager. You are a professional and highly competitive yet team orientated individual with a grounded personality and want a company where your hard work will be rewarded within a down to earth and autonomous culture. The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Manager you will be working on both contract and permanent Engineering Recruitment. Working within a diverse and lively recruitment environment you will be responsible for recruiting candidates in to high-level jobs within the Oil and Gas industry on a 360-degree recruitment basis working with well-known blue chip clients! Using an extensive database of candidates you will keep in regular contact to negotiate new and existing contracts and remuneration packages.
