My client is looking for an experienced recruiter, to start an Oil and Gas division.  They have been established for over 10 years and originate from the UK they have a presence in mainland Europe and the Far East and are looking to expand.
Their main focus has been the Technical market and are now expanding into different sectors and looking to diversify into emerging sectors within the renewable energies such as bio fuels and solar sales markets as well as established Oil Gas arena.  This company is established within the Dubai Market and have a strong presence but the Oil and Gas sector will be new to them hence needing a proven O&G consultant.

THE ROLE
As a hands-on biller with at least 2 years in O&G Recruitment, you will be starting this new desk and creating opportunities through new business development within the Oil and Gas market and able to work responsible and with autonomy, recruiting people at senior levels into oil and gas positions using all functions of recruitment both contingent & retained search.  You will have the opportunity to work in which ever method suits you and the client, This Company does not stipulate the method that you must work in but you must be well versed in both. PERSON SPEC: ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

1.        You will need to be an experienced Oil and Gas recruiter with a solid understanding of the market.

2.        Be able to work across retained / search & contingent methodologies & possess a proven & successful track record.

3.        Have confidence without being arrogant with energy, passion, drive and enthusiasm for the role.

4.        You must have a professional and strong work ethic

5.        Must be a good business developer adept at building strong client relationships

6.        You need to be thinking of relocating long term and have genuine reason for wanting to work in the UAE

 PACKAGE
Depending on your experience you could expect to receive a package of circa 25k-40k + comm. + bens.
