AustCorp Recruitment is an Australian recruitment company with offices in Sydney & Dubai.
We started out over 7 years ago as a specialist expat recruitment company supplying Australian Engineering & Construction personnel into the Middle East & Asia markets. While international recruitment remains our core business we are also now providing a unique service in the Australian markets in sourcing candidates from overseas to work on key appointments for our clients in Australia.
Internally we have 7 divisions defined by their markets.
Building > Property > Infrastructure > Rail > Oil & Gas > Power > Mining
Each division is structured with consultants looking at either National (Australia Wide) recruitment of International (All countries excluding the UAE which is looked after by our Dubai office)
We have recently put this structure in place to ensure strategic growth as a business allowing each of our consultants huge and clearly defined markets. This has opened up a number of new positions within our Sydney office.
We focus on senior level appointments and as such are looking for articulate and professional recruiters with the ability to operate with executives in the marketplace.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years + engineering recruitment experience in the oil & gas industry
Interest in pursuing a long term career opportunity in Sydney
Ability to generate new business and to develop existing business
Target driven maintaining strong ethics
BENEFITS:
Commissions paid over costs on a sliding scale from 30% to 50%!!
20 days annual leave increasing to 25 days after 2 years.
