My client is looking for sales minded graduates to grow the business and join in their success. They have several fantastic opportunities for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their head office in Cheshire (South Manchester).
The Company is an International Recruitment Consultancy specialising within the Construction and Engineering industry.
2007 saw successful growth in the markets; Retail, Legal and Oil & Gas and they have further plans for expansion for 2008 moving into new markets; Technical and IT.
Recruitment is a fast-paced and sales orientated environment. This role will involve pushing business forward and selling the company's services to new clients whilst meeting and exceeding established clients expectations with the ultimate aim to expand on potential revenue opportunities. Recruitment is very rewarding both financially and as a career but you will have to be prepared to work smarter to fulfil your potential.
Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, however, non-graduates will be considered. Previous recruitment or sales experience is advantageous but not essential, however they require individuals with the necessary drive, determination and the self-motivation to achieve success within a fast paced sales-orientated environment.
The successful candidate will also be ambitious, imaginative and have the ability to build strong business relationships with clients and candidates.

Competitive basic salary
Uncapped commission - 1st year OTE £35k, 2nd year OTE £45k plus
