The Client
My client has gone from strength to strength and are leaders in recruitment for the Oil and Gas industry. Their approach and rewards for their employees have enabled them to be very successful in their sector.
The Role
Working in a lively recruitment environment you will be responsible for recruiting high level jobs within the Oil and Gas industry across Europe. Training will enable you to turn your sales skills to become one of the top billers in the company.
The Candidate
University degree (or equivalent)
You will be professional, motivated, resilient, ambitious, commercially aware, competitive and money hungry.
Sales experience is preferred.
In return my client offers exceptional rewards to exceptional people. Basics range from 15K rising to £17K after 3 months and there are regular pay reviews at 6, 12 and 24 months.
The commission scheme is as follows: 1st year OTEs are £35k, 2nd year OTEs are £60k and 3rd year £90K
