Recruitment Consultant Architecture Recruitment Birmingham

This BIRMINGHAM based consultancy requires a ARCHITECTURE  Recruiter to work the London market.  You will be required to manage your own desk and as part of your career development will be expected to grow a team behind you.  Tasked with increasing the revenue within the  architecture  division through business development and candidate sourcing, you will have access to an existing data base of both candidates and clients to utilise.

You will work amongst a medium sized team within a business that specialises in a broad range of technical recruitment that includes Aviation, Engineering, M&E, Surveying & Architecture.

On a daily basis, you will report to a Director who is based on site but the role still calls for someone who can operate with autonomy and responsibility.

Back office support is strong and you will be provided with assistance on a daily basis so you can concentrate on whats important Revenue Generation

PERSON SPEC:  REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

This role is only for experienced ARCHITECTURE who can demonstrate solid knowledge & proven success within this market.

1.       Aside from recruitment experience your CV should show a stable career
2.       You must be confident & capable of operating in ARCHITECTURE recruitment
3.       Capable of winning business and networking
4.       Have the right level of gravitas and credibility to sit in front of candidates and clients at all levels
5.       As you progress into a team leading role you should be able to develop structure
6.       YOU MUST HAVE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

PACKAGE
Salary £25k+ for the right candidate
