RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT SUPPLY CHAIN AND PROCUREMENT BRIGHTON £25,000 SRLNSPRC92 "Exciting consultant role within one of the most successful specialist supply chain recruiters in the country." Our client is recognised nationally to be one of the market leaders within supply chain recruitment, focussing on permanent and contract middle to senior management roles. Working Europe wide specifically within these markets, they have a great reputation and are now looking for new consultants to come on board to help grow what is already a thriving business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and high performing team, with plenty of warm accounts in place enabling you to hit the ground running. A successful candidate will have one or more years solid recruitment experience within any professional sector, and will be used to providing a consultative service to both candidates and clients. Fifty percent of the work will be on retained assignments; therefore previous exposure to this approach to recruitment is preferable. As you will be dealing with salaries of £50k upwards, you will be need to be credible and presentable, as well as demonstrating a professional and autonomous approach to your work on a day-to-day basis. Although there are pre-existing accounts, you will need to be driven and motivated to increase the client database by proactively sourcing new business.
