RPO Account Manager Team Leader West London £30-40k base + bonus SILnIhSc102 This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-facing team leader who is truly delivery focused to make the transition from agency recruitment to managed solutions at a senior level for a major player in this field. · Proven recruitment professional in both Contract and Permanent markets? · Proven Team Leader experience? · Looking to move away from Cold Calling and toward major Account Management? An exciting senior role has arisen with my client for a recruitment professional with team leader experience within the industry. This role will see you leading a team of resourcer's in a delivery focused account management role for the RPO function of a recruitment powerhouse. As an Account Manager you will be extensively involved with building client relationships as they are introduced to the business, and will be responsible for securing long-term service agreements for your team to deliver against. Working onsite in West London with a large telecommunications giant, you will head up a team of 5 staff in a delivery focused arena. You will liaise directly with the client and will be recruiting across the board in all sectors from Finance to Marketing except IT. As such I require you to be a commercially minded person with drive, enthusiasm and professionalism in abundance.
