Intro
The Pharma industry is one of the most untapped markets within recruitment and with the whole of Asia on your doorstep the world is your oyster.
The Role
You will be developing business in Asia and Aus by identifying niche candidates on a global basis and relocating them abroad. You will leverage from existing relationships within the market.
The Company
The organisation in question has an excellent reputation in this niche with significant experience if its nuances and a healthily existing client and candidate base.
About You
Ideally you will be a Pharma recruiter, also of interest would be a recruiter or salesperson with general knowledge of the pharma industry. Sales skills are not as important as candidate generation skills, attention to detail is key as is a desire to work in international markets.
