Recruitment Consultant Pharmaceutical and Healthcare York Salary: Up to £40k + Car + Pension + Superb commission structure SRYoPhRc65 "Innovative, market leading recruiter requires driven and professional Recruitment Consultant." My client is a forward thinking and respected recruitment firm who specialise in placing candidates into the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors. They have been in operation in for eight years and successfully place into roles throughout the UK. A consultant coming in will be heavily involved in the strong growth that the company plan to undertake over the coming years. The successful applicant for this role will have 1 year + recruitment experience, which can be in sector. You will be joining a company that has a strong client base but you will still be expected to be active in securing new business. Their existing clients bill at £200k+ and you will be expected to demonstrate your ability to match them. The company is not target heavy and encourage an autonomous culture; as such you must have the motivation to drive forward your desk under your own steam. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is going to grow extensively within the next two years. A market leading commission structure will ensure that you are very well rewarded for strong billing. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to rise rapidly within the firm if you continuously perform at a strong level.
