My client is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant or account manager to join there thriving Leeds office. Recruitment Consultant Public Sector Location - Leeds Basic Salary: £20,000 to £35,000 +Team Commission + Excellent Benefits OTE: Average £40,000 + in 1st year UNCAPPED!! The Company: ·My client is an award-winning company that provides staff from junior-level right through to management and executives in a cross section of industries throughout the UK. ·They supply staff into organisations in the public sector and pride themselves on providing a quality service that combines both innovation and technology. ·They are a fantastic company to work for given the support they give and the encouragement they offer to develop consultants to be the best they can be and always strive to promote from within!!! ·They are already on a number of organisations PSL because of this a large element of your role will be account management. The role ·Working as part of the team, the role will involve generating new business from business development, networking and referrals. ·Account Management and client development. ·Maintaining relationships with current clients and conducting client visits. ·Working in an autonomous way to sourcing, interview and place candidates into suitable roles. Key experience required ·The role requires someone with previous recruitment experience, you don't have to already have experience in the Public Sector as candidates from any discipline can really fly within the company. ·A good business mind, someone who is ethical who wants to run a desk and help move the company forward. ·Excellent communication skills are key as maintaining the already established, brilliant client and candidate relationships they have is a large element of this role as well as doing new business. ·Candidates will need to be motivated and excellent team players. ·Excellent account management skills.
