We are a privately owned business with 3 offices. Established 10 years ago our consultants are a mix of ex-Procurement and ex-Supply Chain practitioners alongside more classically trained recruitment experts. Those who join Langley enter our established Academy' training programme to enable accelerated knowledge and skills training before being transferred across into the sales teams. It's fast moving, fun and commercial. We have a great team ethic, underpinned by a strong set of values which run like a seam through our business. And being in sales the earnings potential can be substantial.

In line with our business plan we are now looking for graduate-level entrants to join us, ideally with some business experience in the role of Recruitment Trainees. Working alongside a highly experienced team, this is an excellent opportunity for inquisitive, organised, ambitious and commercially minded individuals to learn more about recruitment within a recognised niche player. From day one it will be a customer facing role involving daily interaction with candidates and clients by telephone, email and face to face.
