Executive Search - The Role Search forms a fundamental part of their operation and is the most effective way of identifying, targeting and selecting the best candidate for a senior post. Through a network of contacts, gather an extensive and detailed amount of information about the marketplace. Successful search starts with great research coupled with market knowledge, which enables people to identify today's and tomorrow's leaders. The research needs to be comprehensive, in-depth and confidential and involves utilising in-house expertise coupled with a thorough investigation of the market as it is today. Consultants must have the experience, credibility and empathy to go out into the market and gain peoples' trust and recommendations. A typical search process is as follows: Meet with client to draw up role and candidate profile and obtain a cultural diagnosis to ensure an appropriate fit. Intensive research is undertaken by the research function to identify possible people and target organizations. Presentation of all potential candidates is given to the client Detailed discussions with candidates are undertaken to create a short-list of exceptional individuals. Comprehensive analysis of candidate suitability and career profiles are then submitted to the client. Facilitate the client candidate interview process. To manage both the offer and resignation process, including remuneration negotiations. Thorough reference checking is undertaken. To keep in regular contact with both our client and the successful candidate for the duration of their tenure in the post. A post assignment review with the client is undertaken to review the agency's performance on the assignment and to pass on market intelligence to aid the client in gaining greater competitive advantage.
