RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT, SEARCH & SELECTION LONDON
£30-35K BASIC + £80K OTE

Our client is a leading International Executive Search & Selection firm with over 50 fully-staffed offices in 24 countries placing talent in a range of industry sectors and skill functions.

They offer a comprehensive range of recruitment solutions from Executive Search & Selection, Retained Search, Contingent Recruitment in Permanent and Contract / Temporary staffing.

Their executive recruiters combine their recruitment knowledge and executive search skills, their proven headhunting and selection methodologies, together with industry sector knowledge & functional experience to deliver their recruitment solutions.

In each country they have specialists focussed on your sector and able to provide local, regional and international recruitment in the following disciplines and skill sets.

Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Accountancy, Finance & Banking, Information Technology, IT Technical, Engineering, Construction, Logistics, Supply Chain, Consulting, General Management, Law/ Legal, Healthcare.

They deliver a thorough training programme consisting of one-to-one training, structured group training sessions, monthly appraisals and 'on the desk support.' With a team-based ethos & rewards, their consultants work closely together to place candidates into roles and maximise their earning potential.

They are looking for Recruitment Consultants who can make an impact for their Central London office you will be involved in all aspects of recruitment including:

· Cold calling new and existing clients for job opportunities
· Managing existing client relationships & developing new business
· Face to face meetings with clients to sell their services
· Consulting with clients over job descriptions & specifications
· Advertising vacancies online to attract the right candidates.
· Registering a range of professional candidates for temporary, contract and permanent work
· Searching for and screening candidates for suitable opportunities
· Assessing & interviewing candidates
· Preparing & arranging interviews for candidates with clients
· Negotiating terms with their clients and candidates
· Providing continual support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
· Making business decisions on market conditions, fee-generation & long term relationships
· Placing candidates into the right positions!

You can expect;
· A competitive basic salary depending on your experience to date, starting from £30K
· Monthly, uncapped, realistic, team commission resulting in 1st year OTE around £60-80K!!!
· 20 days holiday per annum, increasing by 1 day for each year of employment.
· Annual basic pay review based on personal performance over the year.
· A monthly appraisal with your manager to provide advice on your performance, plus
additional training & development as required.
