£30K BASIC + £80-100K OTE

Our client is a specialist finance and change management recruitment group focused on primarily working with the leading 'Blue Chip' companies in London and the Home Counties. The group, which continues to establish exciting new relationships, is achieving growth of around 100% year on year YR1 Turnover £600k; YR2 Turnover £3.3m; YR 3 Turnover £6.5m; and YR4 Turnover is forecasted to be in excess of £11million. This achievement should mean that our client makes 'The Sunday Times Fast Track 100' list of the fastest growing private companies in the UK at the first time of asking. Due to their continued expansion they are looking to grow their finance search and selection team with an experienced consultant.
