Our client is truly one of the leading global recruitment solutions providers and has multiple offices across the UK. Although some recruitment firms are slowing down in the current economic climate, our client is taking market share from its competitors and actively expanding. Their London based secretarial team is looking to grow by 50% by the end of 2008 across their two offices in Canary Wharf and The City and is looking to hire ambitious experienced consultants immediately. They are specifically looking to hire senior consultants, with 5 years plus experience who are looking to develop their career within a renowned brand.
Established in only 2003, this division is already the fastest growing in the company, and has built its success off the back of one of the strongest recruitment brands in the world. Your managers each have nearly a decade of experience in this industry, and have a great track record of imparting this onto their consultants to help them succeed. Starting on a warm desk, you will still be expected to develop business as you grow your desk - but with all the recruitment tools and brand power that our client provides, you will find BD a much more rewarding experience than you have been used to in the past.
Our client is willing to consider strong candidates currently working in any recruitment sector, and can provide the training and support you will need to succeed it is no surprise they are regularly listed in the Times top 100 companies to work for. You can expect;
·A competitive basic salary, depending on your experience to date, starting from £35k.
·Monthly, uncapped individual commission structure.
·23 days holiday per annum, increasing by 1 day for each year of employment, up to a maximum of 28 days.
·Annual basic pay review, based on personal performance over the year.
·Private medical and life insurance cover after 6 months of employment.
·After 12 months of employment, a company car (or £5k car allowance) and company contribution to a group's pension scheme.
·A sociable and friendly environment, with regular team and company nights out, including an annual black-tie ball.
