Recruitment / Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare - London
The Package:
Competitive basic £22K- 25K plus a competitive commission scheme. Regular competitions with cash, shopping and travel vouchers to be won. Private healthcare, Pension Scheme, subsidised gym membership are available to the successful candidate.
The Recruitment Brief:
Ideally you will possess a recruitment background within the Healthcare sector, be target driven and extremely motivated.
Candidates will be required to generate new business and maintain current client and candidate relationships.

The Person Spec:
Ideally we require individuals who have social work or healthcare recruitment exposure, but we would look at candidates who have other sector knowledge, providing that you have a proven background in recruitment.
Working within a fast paced sales environment, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle. Day to day tasks include business development, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking initial job descriptions to negotiating final offers. To succeed, you'll need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and ambition to succeed.
