Recruitment Trainer/Performance Coach London
£35-50k basic + OTE

As part of the expansion of our clients invaluable Training Team, in line with the growth of the business as a whole, they are looking for an energetic, strong communicator, to join them as a Sales Trainer /Performance Coach.

After you own initial training, you will report to the Head of Training,and be responsible for providing effective support and coaching for all of their new starters during the first 6 months of their career, working across all 6 of our UK offices.
Through high quality 1-2-1 sales coaching you will be working closely with their Trainee Recruitment Consultants to support them in meeting their potential, by improving their skills, knowledge and attitude, - ultimately improving their performance. Through patience, attention to detail and an appreciation of Best Practice, you will play a leading role in helping their company maintain its market leadership.
To be considered for this position you must have a proven track record as a successful recruitment consultant /trainer yourself, and now be looking to progress your own career so that you can use your skills and experiences to develop others within a lively, and dynamic environment.
