Recruitment - Recruitment Consultant - Education - Nottingham

The Package:
Basic salary between 12-16K + excellent OTE potential. 23 days holiday, pension, private healthcare contributions (after 2 years of service), plus other superb benefits available.

Consultants are responsible for assignments from inception through to completion - from meeting with the clients, account management, candidate sourcing and selection, tendering for business and providing career advice, through to salary/contract negotiations.

The Person Spec:
Strength of character is what will ensure you achieve your goals.

You'll need to be able to work under pressure and handle the most challenging workloads, as well as a massive flow of information that will come your way - facts, figures, sales leads, emails, which need to be filtered, interpreted and prioritised to help you focus on the tasks which will yield results.

We're seeking the type of person who responds positively and proactively to targets and is competitive by nature - there's no room for complacency in a sales environment, and when you succeed, we want you to be setting yourself even higher goals.

From a personal profile, you would be expected to demonstrate the intellectual ability required to enable you to build relationships with your clients and candidates that in turn lead to the success of your business.
