Retail Recruitment Consultant Bristol
£24-27k basic + £50-60k OTE
This international multi disciplined recruitment organisation is looking for an experienced recruiter to really drive an already successful team forward for their Bristol office. You will be able to utilise the excellent business contacts of other divisions based at this site and effectively cross sell as well as develop new business.
This is a great opportunity for a good recruiter who would either like to move into a more senior role, and who would enjoy the benefits of a career orientated company which is expanding at all levels.
The Key Responsibilities for this position are:
·Develop relationships with key business contacts - both in Bristol and London (Internally)
·Develop relationships with key business contacts
·Business Development
·Recruit for all Retail and Sales positions
·Work with business clients to define recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies.
·Create Job Specifications
·Define regional sourcing strategies.
·Create Retail and Sales Recruitment Business
·Manage relationships with external suppliers, negotiating contracts and reviewing services.
Ideally you will have experience in Retail/Fashion recruitment or any other specialist field, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. This company offers excellent benefits in state of the art offices and networked system to be proud of.
