RECRUITMENT TEAM LEADER, RETAIL- RICHMOND, LONDON
£30k basic + £80k OTE

Our client specialises in providing recruitment solutions in the retail and leisure. From their bases in Kingston, Surrey and Holborn, London they serve their clients recruitment needs, both permanent and temporary, throughout the UK. They can additionally deliver finance, legal and secretarial recruitment services as well as recruitment outsourcing services through their national branch network staffed by 190+ professionals.
Their specialist divisions are each run by experts in those markets. Every member of these teams has the relevant sector experience and is highly trained in and passionate about what they do resulting in the highest quality service every time.
Their divisions include Leisure, Retail Operations, Retail Head Office and Technical, and Call Centre and.
Day to day Duties
· Day-to-day management of team activity levels.
· Responsible for training and development of staff.
· Maintain relationships at a senior level, attending meetings where required.
· Ensure all preferred supplier and SLA agreements are adhered to.
· Responsible for development of the candidate database.
· Dealing with day-to-day issues including fee negotiations.
· Ensure all quality standards are meet.
The successful candidate must assist with business unit training and company training courses. They will attend business unit, sector and management meetings. They will also be required to run/assist projects at a business unit and company level where applicable. The candidate will monitor costs and Profit and Loss reports.
The successful candidate will
· Be driven to achieve the role requires someone who is hungry to develop business and take market share from the competition.
· Have a commercial and creative approach to achieve this.
· Be a strong man manager who can motivate consultants at all levels of experience and provide the direction they need to succeed.
· Have a hands on approach.
Desirable skills
· 2 years experience of managing a team within the recruitment industry.
· Temporary recruitment
· Knowledge of the Finance market.
