My client is looking to expand their current operation with the addition of 2 new recruitment consultants. Working in the Retail recruitment industry is very much unlike any other sector in recruitment, with customer service being almost as a high a priority as the money on the board. It very much is about how you do recruitment with this company. Through their continued expansion and client winning, they are looking for both experienced New Business Winners and people who are capable of delivering upon their current roles.
The company has been operating for over 5 years and recently moved to an exciting new premise that displays their plans for growth (capability to move from their current 12 to 40) and their success in recruitment. An engaging office environment, they are looking for someone who has the ability to not only recruit, but work within a social and fun environment too.
Looking for:
· 1 year plus recruitment experience
· Ideally Retail Recruitment
· Experience of headhunting
· Fun and money hungry persona
