Trainee Recruitment Consultant Retail London

This is one of the two largest retail and FMCG recruitment consultancies in the UK , working with 23 of the top 25 retailers, and is currently looking to expand further. As such, they are looking for trainee recruitment consultants to join the team and help drive the business forward.
As a trainee recruitment consultant here you could be placing perm, contract or temp roles, both in the UK and internationally, and will be trained to headhunt, so need to be professional and confident both in person and on the telephone. Day to day activities include cold calling, arranging and managing the interview process, writing job adverts, business development and sourcing candidates.
You will need to have sales experience, ideally B2B, and have a competitive entrepreneurial nature. Bonuses are individual, but the atmosphere is a team one, and as a trainee recruitment consultant with this company you will get a great deal of support and team nights out when targets are hit.
All senior management here began as consultants, so the career opportunities are there for those who want to progress, and in addition new divisions are growing, so if you are driven to succeed and commercially minded this could be a great opportunity for you.
