Sales Recruitment Consultant – Automotive (German Speaking), Brussels, Belgium

With over 30 years experience of delivering recruitment solutions to clients across Europe and North America my client is part of a major group with a turnover of nearly €2 billion. They are specialist providers of staffing solutions and consultancy in a variety of markets including Information Technology, Engineering, Aerospace and Finance and as they continue to expand in Europe an opportunity has arisen within their specialist automotive division based in Brussels.

We are looking for an exceptional consultant with experience of the automotive industry; the ability to self manage and the potential to grow and manage a team. Located in brand new offices in central Brussels you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maximising existing relationships and developing new business.

You will be recruiting permanent and contract (interim) staff so experience of both markets would be ideal, together with fluency in English, German and French languages. Some travel to Germany is anticipated to attend client meetings, although this is on an ad-hoc basis as and when necessary.

Working alongside established teams, experienced managers and consultants, you be provided with all the support and tools necessary to maximise your success. As a person you will have the desire, motivation and ambition to succeed in a fast paced sales environment where only a quality, high standard of service to clients is accepted.
