Excellent Opportunity for a Junior Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant, Salary £18k, Reading
My client was established at the start of 2007, currently have 3 strong professional Recruitment Consultants working in an open plan modern office, located in central Reading. The manager has a wealth of 6 years Recruitment experience, and was placed No.1 Contracts Recruiter for 3 years running. He is a very down to earth Recruiter and is looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants with the passion and motivation to be able to succeed within a small growing company.

Looking to bolster their current team of professionals, ideally the next candidate should be a junior with the right focus and motivation to train, develop and engage their skills in becoming a Recruitment Consultant. If you believe you have the right attitude, motivation and focus then this opportunity should not be missed.

They have excellent commission structures in place paying up to 35%, together with opportunities to grow within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to develop within a small growing company to earn some real money, do not miss out!
