Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant - Cambridge
£30,000 + OTE.

A unique, lucrative opportunity has opened up within this established organisation for a proven consultant within the sales and marketing arenas.

This specialist firm have developed an enviable reputation as the supplier of choice to some of the most prestigious organisations across the East of England, including Greene King and Altro. Set up 9 years ago, they pride themselves on the fact that 92% of the business done is repeat business. The present director is now looking to expand the current team, with specific focus on the sales and marketing division. This desk has plenty of warm leads in place, as well as a few hot accounts, that just require servicing. You will be working with a variety of roles, with salaries ranging from £18k - £60k basics.

A successful candidate for this role will be dynamic and creative as well as exhibiting autonomy and creativity in their approach to work. A strong background in recruitment is key, with consistent billing figures. A strong academic background is preferred; however, the ability to communicate and articulate well is of more importance. Huge emphasis is placed on networking and referrals, therefore good listening skills are a must. This small team are vibrant and sociable and a new starter would need to mirror these traits in order to assimilate with the rest of the team. As you will be covering the whole of the east of England, your own car is essential.

You can expect a generous basic salary, including a monthly car allowance, as well as a commission structure to rival any competitors. On top of all this, you will be entitled to a profit share at the end of the year.
