EXPERIENCED SALES RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS/TEAM LEADERS - RUNCORN, CHESHIRE

£30K BASIC plus CAR ALLOWANCE / £60K OTE YEAR 1

Since establishing themselves in 2000 my client has grown to a tremendous level and now requires additional consultants/team leaders to take the sales division to the next level.  Working within a number of different clients that you will manage and inherit from day one as well as be responsible for developing new business within the sales sector you will be working for a company that can provide you with plenty of career progression options including managing an established team of 2 if you are at this level already.

Your role will be to develop and build your desk.  You will have full responsibility in the running of your desk and will be provided with plenty of support from management when required.  You will have full training if/when required.

Basic salary up to £30K plus commission / bonuses / car allowance.

ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Must be able to hit the ground running
2. Sales Recruitment Experience is advantageous although all recruitment sectors will be considered
3. UK coverage from this Cheshire location
4. Proven sales background and stable work history
5. Passionate about recruitment
6. Strong work ethic
7. Must have a full driving licence and own car
